Writing in Design Space can be used for unique and interesting designs and backgrounds. You can do this with any shape from your library of images. In this video we use some rosette shapes custom made in Inkscape.
Ken and a special guest walk you through this one as George was still sick unfortunately. First we show you how to make your own rosettes in Inkscape which is actually quite easy. Then we walk through making a design and writing it in Design Space.
We showed you how to make your own rosettes in Inkscape, but if you just want to try the drawing with Rosettes yourself here is a collection of twenty images for you to use in your designs.
This is the How-Two Reference Sheet on how to make your own rosette images in Inkscape and the basics of making your own designs to write in Design Space.
